How to Cook It

  1. Season the cooked rice with rice vinegar and let it cool slightly.
  2. Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat and spread a thin layer of rice over it.
  3. Add cucumber, avocado, and seafood in the center.
  4. Roll tightly and seal the edge with a little water.
  5. Slice and serve with soy sauce.
