How to Cook It
- Marinate the chicken with yogurt and the dry spices for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the chicken in a hot pan until lightly browned.
- Melt butter in the same pan and pour in the tomato sauce.
- Add cream, then return the chicken to the pan.
- Simmer until the sauce is smooth and the chicken is fully cooked.

Biryani
Biryani is a fragrant layered rice dish cooked with meat, yogurt, fried onion, and aromatic spices.
What You Need
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 500 g chicken pieces
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp garam masala and 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- Mint and cilantro
How to Cook It
- Marinate the chicken with yogurt and spices for at least 20 minutes.
- Boil the rice until it is only partly cooked, then drain it.
- Cook the onion until golden and add the chicken to the same pot.
- Layer the partly cooked rice over the chicken with herbs.
- Cover tightly and steam on low heat until the rice and chicken are fully cooked.

Tandoori Chicken
Tandoori Chicken uses yogurt, garlic, chili, and spices to create a smoky, roasted chicken dish with strong flavor.
What You Need
- 1 kg chicken legs or thighs
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin and 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and oil
How to Cook It
- Mix yogurt, garlic, spices, lemon juice, and salt into a marinade.
- Coat the chicken and marinate it for at least 1 hour.
- Arrange the chicken on a tray or grill rack.
- Roast or grill until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Serve hot with flatbread, rice, or salad.
