What You Need
- 500 g firm fish pieces
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- Cilantro and lime
How to Cook It
- Layer onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, and fish in a pot.
- Season lightly and drizzle with oil.
- Pour in the coconut milk and cover.
- Simmer gently until the fish is cooked through.
- Finish with cilantro and lime before serving.

Pao de Queijo
Pao de Queijo is a Brazilian cheese bread made from tapioca flour and baked until puffy.
What You Need
- 2 cups tapioca flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Salt
How to Cook It
- Heat the milk and oil together until hot but not boiling hard.
- Pour over the tapioca flour and mix carefully.
- Let it cool slightly, then mix in the egg, cheese, and salt.
- Shape into small balls and place on a tray.
- Bake until puffed and lightly golden.
